Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of progressive experience in human resources
- previous operational leadership experience
- strong communication skills both oral and written
- proven team leadership experience
- computer literacy with Microsoft Office proficiency
- ability to adapt to various situations and display empathy
- willingness to evaluate and enhance colleague experience continually
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of progressive experience in human resources preferably in a similar setting
- previous operational leadership experience preferred
- refined oral and written communication skills
- experience as a team leader with ability to achieve business goals and motivate team members
- computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- ability to adapt to various situations display empathy and encourage collaboration and creativity among team members
Job Duties
- Develop and implement personalized colleague onboarding experience
- maintain a fluent understanding of HR functions and work with operational leaders to enhance colleague engagement and reduce turnover
- process weekly payroll and train new leaders on payroll management
- lead formal learning sessions and colleague feedback discussions
- maintain proactive safety culture including routine safety committee meetings and walkthroughs
- respond to work related injuries and provide support and guidance to colleagues
- collaborate with management team and external partners for colleague care and development
