Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years progressive human resources experience
- Previous operational leadership experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to adapt and display empathy
- Strong evaluative and collaborative skills
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar setting
- Previous operational leadership experience preferred
- Refined oral and written communication skills
- Established experience as a team leader
- Proven ability to strategically install practices to achieve business goals
- Ability to motivate team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt to various situations
- Display empathy in interactions
- Evaluate departmental practices to enhance colleague experience
- Encourage collaboration and creativity among team members
Job Duties
- Develop and implement a personalized colleague on-boarding experience
- Maintain a fluent understanding of all elements of the HR function
- Work closely with operational leaders to enhance colleague experience
- Process weekly payroll and train new leaders on payroll management
- Lead formal learning sessions and colleague feedback discussions
- Conduct routine safety committee meetings and walkthroughs
- Respond to all work-related injuries and partner with management for colleague support
