Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years progressive human resources experience
  • Previous operational leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to adapt and display empathy
  • Strong evaluative and collaborative skills

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar setting
  • Previous operational leadership experience preferred
  • Refined oral and written communication skills
  • Established experience as a team leader
  • Proven ability to strategically install practices to achieve business goals
  • Ability to motivate team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to various situations
  • Display empathy in interactions
  • Evaluate departmental practices to enhance colleague experience
  • Encourage collaboration and creativity among team members

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement a personalized colleague on-boarding experience
  • Maintain a fluent understanding of all elements of the HR function
  • Work closely with operational leaders to enhance colleague experience
  • Process weekly payroll and train new leaders on payroll management
  • Lead formal learning sessions and colleague feedback discussions
  • Conduct routine safety committee meetings and walkthroughs
  • Respond to all work-related injuries and partner with management for colleague support
