Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar kitchen or cold food preparation role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Culinary education or certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely order completion
- Follow company health and wellness policies
