Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or cooking
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Must be able to lift and carry kitchen supplies
  • Team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar kitchen or cold food preparation role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain clean, sanitized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely order completion
  • Follow company health and wellness policies
