Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- prepare, cook and assemble cold food items
- prepare salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
- prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- stock alley and line with necessary items
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- complete orders on time
- maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
