The Cold Station Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, including salads, cold appetizers, and both hot and cold desserts that the restaurant offers. Additionally, the role includes prepping and preparing various food items necessary to maintain smooth kitchen operations. This position demands efficiency and precision, as the cook will be required to stock the kitchen alley and the line with all necessary ingredients and items to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.
