  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • stock the alley and line with necessary items to fulfill orders on time
  • ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and work environment
  • collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient operation
  • uphold high standards of food quality
