Job Duties

  • prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
  • maintain clean and sanitized work areas
  • collaborate with kitchen team to support smooth operations
  • follow health and wellness guidelines consistently
