The role of Cold Station Cook at The Capital Grille plays a critical part in delivering the exceptional dining experience for which the restaurant is known. This position is responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts, ensuring every detail aligns with the restaurant’s high standards of quality. - high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cold station cooking or relevant food preparation experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to perform kitchen duties
- understanding of safety and health regulations
- willingness to adhere to company policies
