Job Duties
- prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
- prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
- maintain clean and sanitized work areas
- collaborate with kitchen team to support smooth operations
- follow health and wellness guidelines consistently
