Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety protocols
- physical stamina for lifting and moving supplies
- must be at least 18 years old
- willingness to learn and grow in the position
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- prepare, cook and assemble cold food items such as salads and appetizers
- prepare hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant
- prep and prepare all food items offered
- stock the alley and line with necessary items for completing orders
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
