Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary arts preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar cold station cook or culinary position
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Culinary school training or certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service
- Follow health and safety guidelines consistently
