  • Proven experience in cold food preparation or similar role

Job Duties

  • Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items including salads cold appetizers and desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain clean sanitized and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to meet service demands
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines rigorously
