Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a cold station cook role
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • physically able to stand for long periods
  • ability to follow directions and work in a team

Job Duties

  • prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
  • maintain clean, sanitized, and safe work environment
  • collaborate with other kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service
  • follow all health and safety regulations
