This position is for a Cold Station Cook, a critical role within the kitchen team focused on preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts both hot and cold that the restaurant offers. The Cold Station Cook is also responsible for prepping and preparing a variety of food items necessary for restaurant operations. This involves not only the culinary skills required to produce consistently high-quality dishes but also the organizational ability to stock workstation alleys and line areas with the ingredients and supplies needed to complete orders efficiently and on time.
