Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Experience in preparing cold food items and salads
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic culinary skills

- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- Maintain clean, sanitized and safe restaurant environments
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest service
- Follow team member wellness and health guidelines
