Job Duties
- Prepare cook and assemble cold food items salads cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Uphold proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain clean sanitized and safe work environment
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure guest safety through adherence to health standards
