Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation or cold station cooking preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant as assigned
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver timely and quality food service
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to protect team members and guests
