Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or culinary role
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for certain benefits
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain clean, sanitized, and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines strictly
