Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- knowledge of proper food safety procedures
- must be 21 years or older to participate in 401(k) plan
- ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers and desserts
- prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station
- work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- comply with team member wellness and safety protocols
