The role of a Cold Station Cook at The Capital Grille involves preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and both hot and cold desserts. Cold Station Cooks are responsible for stocking the kitchen alley and line with necessary items required to complete orders efficiently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Food handler’s certification preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Commitment to uphold safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain clean, sanitized and safe work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
