Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Food handler’s certification preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Commitment to uphold safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous culinary experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knife skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain clean, sanitized and safe work areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
