Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare, cook and assemble cold food items such as salads, cold appetizers and desserts
- prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- uphold proper food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
