Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
  • reliable and punctual
  • strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a cold station cook or similar role preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • basic culinary knowledge
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

  • prepare, cook and assemble cold food items such as salads, cold appetizers and desserts
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • uphold proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • adhere to health and safety policies
