The role of Cold Station Cook at The Capital Grille involves preparing, cooking, and assembling a variety of cold food items, including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts. This position is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen by ensuring all cold dishes meet the restaurant’s quality standards and are delivered promptly. The Cold Station Cook is also responsible for prepping and preparing all food items offered within the restaurant, as well as stocking and organizing the workspace with the necessary supplies to complete orders efficiently. Outside of daily responsibilities, employees enjoy a competitive hourly wage ranging from $11.00 to $14.75, with weekly pay to ensure consistent financial stability.
