We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Cold Station Cooks. This role is pivotal in the kitchen, responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling cold food items, including salads, cold appetizers, and various desserts, both hot and cold. Additionally, the Cold Station Cook supports the overall kitchen operation by prepping and preparing all food items offered by the restaurant. The position demands attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation to ensure guest satisfaction and health standards are met.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads and cold appetizers
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time

  • maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
  • work collaboratively with kitchen team members
