Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or cold station cook role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Willingness to comply with company policies
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain clean and sanitized work stations
  • Support team efforts in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
