Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or cold station cook role preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to comply with company policies
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain clean and sanitized work stations
- Support team efforts in delivering exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
