Job Requirements
- Five plus years in a manufacturing production environment with at least three years in a leadership role managing a full team or function
- Associate’s degree in a related field preferred equivalent experience with leadership certifications valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel experience with production reporting systems and data-driven decision-making
- Prior experience in coatings industrial painting heavy fabrication or assembly environments preferred
- Proven ability to lead and maintain consistency across a multi-shift manufacturing setting
- Strong communication documentation and incident management skills
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting including standing walking bending and reaching
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs occasionally lift move up to 50 lbs
- Strict adherence to PPE protocols including protective eyewear and task-specific safety gear
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check

Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the coating and slitting departments including production scheduling staffing coverage and workflow optimization
- Monitor production output and KPIs using on-line resources analyze data to resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Partner with supply chain planning and maintenance to ensure material availability and equipment uptime
- Translate company objectives into actionable goals for team members fostering a sense of ownership and accountability
- Lead coach and mentor shift supervisors and floor staff conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for high-potential employees
- Oversee the departmental training process ensuring new hires are integrated effectively and the Skills Matrix is consistently updated
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure seamless handoffs and consistency across all shifts
- Take full ownership of product integrity ensuring all quality checks are performed and strict standards are enforced
- Promote a safety-first culture ensuring 100 percent compliance with PPE requirements and safety protocols
