The Coffee Venue Team Member & Barista plays a vital role in supporting the Specialty team by preparing and serving specialty coffee and tea products, assisting with inventory receiving, maintaining the specialty floor and displays, and driving product sales in alignment with the regional Specialty vision. This full-time role requires dedication to high standards of customer service, meticulous attention to product quality, and adherence to safety and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a fast-paced work environment, delivering superior beverage crafting techniques including grinding, tamping, hand-pulling espresso shots, brewing pour-over coffee, and preparing specialty loose leaf teas.

In addition to beverage preparation, the role involves cash register operations, retail upkeep, and engaging directly with customers to provide knowledge and recommendations about Allegro’s offerings.
