Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café equipment
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Duties
- greet every guest in a friendly, sincere, and enthusiastic manner upon entering and leaving the café
- follow CC's steps of service
- safely operate all café equipment to prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food
- resolve guest concerns in a courteous manner, seeking management support when necessary
- communicate openly and respectfully with guests and coworkers, maintaining a positive team spirit
- accurately process purchases, refunds, coupons, discounts, and payments while adhering to cash-handling protocols
- keep workspaces clean, organized, and free of hazards, including all guest and team areas
