Job Requirements

  • monitor and ensure equipment functionality
  • dispose of garbage appropriately
  • use POS systems accurately and efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café equipment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • greet every guest in a friendly, sincere, and enthusiastic manner upon entering and leaving the café
  • follow CC's steps of service
  • safely operate all café equipment to prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food
  • resolve guest concerns in a courteous manner, seeking management support when necessary
  • communicate openly and respectfully with guests and coworkers, maintaining a positive team spirit
  • accurately process purchases, refunds, coupons, discounts, and payments while adhering to cash-handling protocols
  • keep workspaces clean, organized, and free of hazards, including all guest and team areas
