Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food service or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operation of the team member cafeteria ensuring food and beverage quality and consistency
- Supervise the cleanliness of all cafeteria areas including tables floors food service stations glassware china silverware storage and other food-contact surfaces
- Train schedule and supervise cafeteria staff providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and excellent service
- Maintain compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
