Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Food Handler’s Permit
Minimum 2 years of experience in making coffee, including hot and cold brews and specialty drinks preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Capability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be a team player with a dedication to the role

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Food Handler’s Permit
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Friendly and outgoing personality
Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
Take orders from customers and communicate them effectively to team members
Maintain the coffee station by replenishing supplies and stocking brewing equipment
Educate customers about coffee and tea origins, flavors, and blends
Build rapport with guests by learning and remembering their preferences
Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift
