Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of coffee shop or barista experience
- previous shift lead experience or leadership capability
- knowledge of espresso and café workflow
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to manage multiple tasks during busy shifts
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- lead the shift acting as point person during assigned shifts
- support daily flow staffing and service execution
- coach team members on drinks speed and service standards
- help onboard and train new associates
- step in to solve problems and keep the energy steady
- prepare espresso-based drinks brewed coffee teas and specialty beverages
- maintain consistency quality and presentation during rushes
- keep equipment clean calibrated and respected
- provide warm confident and genuine customer service
- build relationships with regular guests
- handle guest concerns with professionalism and ease
- open and close the shop as scheduled
- handle POS transactions and cash responsibly
- maintain cleanliness food safety and organization standards
- monitor inventory levels waste and product quality
- communicate issues or needs to management
