- Previous shift lead experience or strong on-floor leadership skills
- Deep understanding of espresso and café workflow
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead the shift
- Act as the point person during assigned shifts
- Support daily flow, staffing, and service execution
- Coach team members on drinks, speed, and service standards
- Help onboard and train new associates
- Step in to solve problems and keep the energy steady
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation especially during rushes
- Keep equipment clean, calibrated, and respected
- Provide warm, confident, and genuine customer service
- Build relationships with regulars
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ease
- Open and close the shop as scheduled
- Handle POS transactions and cash responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization standards
- Monitor inventory levels, waste, and product quality
- Communicate issues or needs to management
