Job Requirements
- Food Handling Certification
- Basic math skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to read and comprehend English
- Adherence to dress code standards
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, bending, and standing extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Experience in cash management preferred
- Barista experience preferred but not required
- Basic math skills and counting ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to read and comprehend English, communicate effectively, and follow food preparation instructions
- Food Handling Certification required
- Adherence to dress code standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
Job Duties
- Handle cash and credit card transactions through register/POS system with accuracy
- Provide warm welcome and support to customers ensuring a pleasant experience
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Cook and serve food items following establishment guidelines
- Balance and manage cash drawer, record transaction details, and perform deposit procedures
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and designated areas
- Conduct frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and workspace
- Stock beverage coolers, snacks, service items, and condiments
- Follow health and safety protocols during food and drink preparation
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
