Job Requirements

- use POS systems efficiently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for transaction handling
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Greet every guest in a friendly and sincere manner
- prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food safely
- handle transactions accurately including purchases, refunds, and discounts
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas
