  • monitor equipment temperatures
  • dispose of garbage and keep areas presentable
  • use POS systems efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for transaction handling
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest in a friendly and sincere manner
  • prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food safely
  • handle transactions accurately including purchases, refunds, and discounts
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas
  • resolve guest concerns with courtesy and professionalism
  • provide tableside service and recommendations to enhance guest experience
  • operate and monitor café equipment properly
