Job Requirements
- Greet every guest enthusiastically and sincerely upon entering and leaving the cafe
- Follow CC's steps of service
- Operate cafe equipment safely and effectively
- Resolve guest concerns tactfully
- Maintain respectful communication
- Process transactions and handle cash accurately
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines
- Count the register honestly before and after shifts
- Provide product recommendations and upsell
- Educate guests about coffee and menu items
- Create a welcoming environment
- Maintain positive attitude and teamwork
- Follow recipes and food safety procedures
- Keep workspaces clean and hazard-free
- Stock service stations and prepare areas for service
- Monitor equipment temperatures and function
- Dispose of waste properly
- Utilize POS and payment equipment accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
