Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Basic math skills for cash handling
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills in English
Compliance with dress code and hygiene standards
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE as needed

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is an asset
Experience in cash handling is encouraged
Barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Adequate basic math and counting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Fluency in English for reading, communication, and following recipes
Food Handling Certification compliant with standards
Ability to follow assigned dress code
Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking and standing
Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required

Job Duties

Manage register/POS system to process payments efficiently and accurately
Greet and assist customers, anticipate needs to ensure satisfaction
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
Properly prepare and present food items to meet location standards
Maintain cash drawer, complete cashier documentation, and process bank deposits
Adhere to cash handling policies set by Aramark
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of coffee bar and designated areas
Regularly sanitize equipment and restock supplies
Comply with health and safety standards when handling food and beverages
Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors
