Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English
- Compliance with dress code and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Experience in cash handling is encouraged
- Barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Adequate basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English for reading, communication, and following recipes
- Food Handling Certification compliant with standards
- Ability to follow assigned dress code
- Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking and standing
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
Job Duties
- Manage register/POS system to process payments efficiently and accurately
- Greet and assist customers, anticipate needs to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Properly prepare and present food items to meet location standards
- Maintain cash drawer, complete cashier documentation, and process bank deposits
- Adhere to cash handling policies set by Aramark
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of coffee bar and designated areas
- Regularly sanitize equipment and restock supplies
- Comply with health and safety standards when handling food and beverages
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors
