We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team, a role which is integral to the daily operation of our café. As the face of our establishment, the Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup. This position involves operating the point-of-sale system with efficiency and accuracy, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all food safety regulations. The Barista will also engage directly with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service, answering questions, and making tailored recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, the role includes inventory monitoring and team collaboration during peak hours to ensure smooth café operations. Training sessions will be provided to keep the team up-to-date with product knowledge and improve service techniques.
