As a Barista in our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This part-time position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $14.00 to $16.00, reflecting our commitment to recognizing talent and dedication. Job Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with Aloha POS system or ability to quickly learn new technology
Understanding of food safety guidelines and willingness to follow them closely

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee tea and smoothies
Take customer orders and accurately input them into the cash register or POS system
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain a safe environment
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers answering questions and addressing any concerns
Operate various equipment such as espresso machines blenders and grinders
Prepare food items such as sandwiches or pastries as needed
Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as necessary
Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
