The Barista role at New Here Coffee is an exciting opportunity to bring energy, consistency, and positivity to every shift. Baristas at New Here Coffee craft espresso drinks, teas, and house specials with great care and attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality customer experience every time. Additionally, Baristas support smooth operations by following recipes and procedures, handling payments accurately, maintaining a stocked and clean café, and supporting their team particularly during peak hours. Flexibility in scheduling, a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, and the ability to work full shifts of at least three hours are critical for success in this position.
