We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Coffee Bar Supervisor. This role is integral to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence within our Coffee Bar offerings. The Coffee Bar Supervisor will be responsible for training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating Coffee Bar associates to sustain performance standards that align with company expectations. This position demands active participation in daily Coffee Bar activities and requires hands-on assistance when necessary. This is a physically engaging role, with duties performed primarily in a store environment that involves exposure to cold temperatures, including approximately 28 degrees Fahrenheit in coolers and -20 degrees Fahrenheit in freezers. Associates should be comfortable working under these conditions while maintaining product quality and safety.
