Job Requirements
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple variables
- ability to do simple addition, subtraction, counting, and recording
- ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions
- ability to write identifying information and request supplies

- ability to read descriptions on boxes and shelf tags
- capacity to work shifts of varying lengths and times including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in retail or food service preferred
- strong problem-solving skills

- ability to maintain customer service standards under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service
- train, coach, supervise, and evaluate Coffee Bar associates
- maintain performance standards
- supervise and participate in all Coffee Bar activities
- handle products in cooler and freezer environments
- ensure safety while using sharp knives and cleaning chemicals
- manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
