The Grocery Supervisor role at Albertsons is a critical position within the retail store environment, responsible for overseeing grocery department functions including grocery, dairy, and frozen goods. This role involves managing and coaching grocery associates, ensuring that performance standards are met and customer service remains excellent. The Grocery Supervisor will also support store leadership by supervising the store in the absence of the Store Director or Assistant Store Director.
