This commitment to community and diversity ensures that employees and customers alike find value and engagement in their interactions with the company. With over 1,700 pharmacies, 400 fuel centers, 22 distribution facilities, and 19 manufacturing plants, Albertsons Companies offers a vast and multifaceted retail environment that continues to evolve and innovate to meet the needs of its consumers.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for candidates who are not just seeking a job but want to make a significant impact. As a Coffee Bar Supervisor within Albertsons, you will lead, coach, and evaluate the Coffee Bar associates to ensure outstanding performance standards are met. This position requires managing and participating in all Coffee Bar activities, delivering prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Operating in a store setting, you will handle products in both cooler and freezer temperatures, manage exposure to various work hazards, and juggle multiple priorities to maintain a high level of service.
The role offers an enriching experience where leadership skills are nurtured, and career development is encouraged through continuous training and engagement with invested leaders. Candidates will encounter a mix of responsibilities that demand problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to follow detailed procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues. Embracing Albertsons' values means working within an inclusive environment that respects diversity and promotes teamwork.
Those who thrive in dynamic retail settings and want to contribute to a company that values innovation, customer focus, and community connection will find this role fulfilling. Starting rates comply with local minimum wage laws, with potential for increased compensation based on experience and qualifications. Eligible associates benefit from comprehensive health and financial well-being programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plans, paid time off, and more. Join Albertsons Companies and bring your best self to the table as we build the future of food and well-being together.
