Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Capability to handle physical aspects of the job such as standing for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with uniform and attendance policies
- Ability to perform cleaning and light food preparation tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and processing orders
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet guests and answer all questions about the menu
- Accurate and prompt order taking
- Prompt preparation of beverages in accordance with prescribed procedures and brand standards
- Timely delivery of beverages/food to guests
- Light baking duties
- Prepare check and collect payment from guests
- Report all tips in compliance with Company policy and IRS regulations
- Immediately clean all spills and breakage
- Clean equipments and areas
- Restock service items
- On time and at work when scheduled, and in proper uniform
- Attend department meetings as scheduled
- Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates
- Report all incidents of guest dissatisfaction or other matters of significance to management
- Comply with policies and procedures
- Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
- Participate in task forces and committees as requested
- Any other duties/tasks as requested by management
