Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to work in confined and narrow spaces
- good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to complete safety training and certifications
- commitment to maintaining personal cleanliness and professional appearance

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- input orders into cash register and collect payment
- take orders and record in MICROS system
- prepare food and coffee beverages
- ensure appliances are turned on/off at appropriate times
- bus coffee cart areas and tables
- clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment
- obtain change for business level
- count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- resolve discrepancies and secure bank
- follow safety and security policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training
- maintain professional appearance
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- anticipate guests' service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- thank guests with genuine appreciation
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop positive working relationships
- support team goals
- ensure quality standards adherence
- read and verify small print information
- visually inspect tools and equipment for defects
