Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- input orders into cash register system and collect payment
- take orders, record in MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages
- ensure appliances are turned on or off at appropriate times
- bus coffee cart areas and tables
- clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
- obtain change for expected business
- count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- follow company safety and security policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome guests according to company standards and assist individuals with disabilities
- develop and maintain positive relationships with coworkers
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- visually inspect tools and equipment
- perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects
