Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash and reconcile register
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
- Availability for part-time shifts

- Ability to operate MICROS point-of-sale system or willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and cleaning equipment
- Prepare and serve coffee and food orders
- Enter orders in the MICROS system and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, work areas, and equipment
- Ensure appliances are operated at appropriate times
- Manage cash handling including closing the register and completing reports
- Communicate professionally with guests and coworkers
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and report issues
- Support team members and contribute to quality standards
