Job Requirements
- Must be at least the required legal age for serving alcohol in the state of North Carolina
- ability to work part-time to full-time shifts including weekends and holidays
- must have previous serving experience preferred but not mandatory
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to engage guests proactively
- must maintain a professional and friendly attitude throughout shifts
Job Qualifications
- One year of serving experience preferred
- familiarity with responsible alcohol service
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- positive and energetic demeanor
- basic math skills for handling payments
- guest service oriented
Job Duties
- Create a fun and memorable experience
- know the menu inside and out
- engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
- enter orders deliver food and beverages process payments
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food maintaining drink levels removing clutter pre-bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs promptly
