We are currently seeking a Cocktail Waitress to join our dedicated team at Virtue Rooftop. This role is vital to delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring our guests have memorable visits. As a Cocktail Waitress, you will be the face of the venue, responsible for welcoming guests warmly, accurately taking and serving drink orders, and maintaining consistent communication with both guests and team members. You will collaborate closely with bartenders, the front-of-house manager, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain the high standards associated with Virtue Rooftop and K5 Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-end, high-volume bar environments, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

You will also manage cash and credit transactions efficiently, handle guests' special requests with professionalism, and ensure a clean and organized work environment that reflects Virtue Rooftop’s commitment to excellence. This position requires at least two years of cocktail waitress experience in comparable restaurants or food service establishments, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to upholding our culture and values.
