The role of Cocktail Waitress at Lost is vital in shaping the guest journey from the moment they enter until their final farewell. The Cocktail Waitress is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized section throughout their shift and delivering world-class table service even in fast-paced environments. The role requires proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate order taking and processing, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with Server Assistants and management.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire
  • able to respond quickly in an emergency to avoid imminent danger to self and others
  • must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length
  • must have a good sense of balance and bend kneel and react swiftly
  • must be able to lift bus pans trays and cases of food and beverage weighing as much as 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and orderly section before during and after your shift
  • provide world class table service to each guest in a fast paced environment
  • have a working knowledge of beer wine champagne and spirits
  • serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • properly take orders and utilize POS to start carry and closeout orders for guests
  • nurture working relationships with guests to build clientele and ensure specialized service
  • work closely with server assistants to ensure quality service and cleanliness
  • perform all duties as assigned by the manager on duty
  • obtain proper photo identification before serving guests to ensure legal drinking age
