The role offered is a part-time Food and Beverage Service Associate position located at Sheraton in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a non-management role ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.38, with eligibility for tips, providing an opportunity for employees to enhance their earnings based on their service quality. The associate will be responsible for serving food courses and alcoholic beverages with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to Sheraton’s high standards of service and hospitality.

In this role, the Food and Beverage Service Associate will serve as a key point of interaction between guests and the kitchen team, ensuring all special dietary requests, allergies, and preferences are clearly communicated and that guests receive prompt, accurate service. Responsibilities include setting tables according to the event type and service standards, answering menu-related queries, recording transactions via the MICROS system, and continuously ensuring guest satisfaction through check-ins during their dining experience. Associates will also be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and complete closing duties such as restocking and securing the workspace.

Sheraton prioritizes the safety and well-being of its employees and guests. Therefore, the Food and Beverage Service Associate will be required to follow all company safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete necessary safety certifications. The position demands physical stamina, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted, with assistance for heavier items, as well as agility in handling various work conditions such as uneven surfaces and stairs.
