As a Food and Beverage team member at Sheraton, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the guest experience through attentive service and thorough knowledge of the menu. You will greet guests warmly, serve food and beverages efficiently, and assist with special requests to ensure satisfaction with every meal. Familiarity with the MICROS point-of-sale system is necessary for accurately processing transactions. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area by clearing tables, restocking supplies, and completing closing tasks.
