Job Requirements

  • Responsible alcohol awareness training certification or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience serving in upscale dining and nightlife venues
  • Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations
  • Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently and with an upbeat attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible schedule including late hours
  • Adherence to dress and appearance guidelines
  • Knowledge of cocktail tray service, food service, drink recipes, and point of sales systems
  • Ability to manage intoxicated guests safely
  • Minimum 2 years bottle service experience
  • At least 3 years working experience interacting positively with people
  • Cultural tolerance
  • Point of sales knowledge preferred
  • Interest in wines, spirits, and mixology preferred
  • Interest in nightlife preferred
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Ability to recognize valid IDs preferred
  • Experience in live music environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Give proper recognition to Foundation Room Members, Live Nation Corporate Executives, and VIPs
  • Provide impeccable knowledge and execution of upscale dining steps of service
  • Demonstrate expert confidence in bottle and wine service skills
  • Up-sell and offer food and beverage suggestions
  • Guide guests through their dining experience with recommendations and expertise
  • Execute standards and procedures of Bottle Service flawlessly
  • Adapt vocabulary and socialize professionally with diverse audiences
  • Maintain exemplary grooming standards
  • Handle cash and Point of Sales System transactions
  • Display strong working knowledge of all beverages
  • Manage intoxicated guests positively and safely
  • Anticipate and respond to guests needs
  • Suggestively sell beverages and menu items, take orders
  • Communicate drink orders to bar via Point of Sales system
  • Deliver drinks and maneuver trays through crowds
  • Maintain atmosphere control by circulating through work area
  • Remove dirty glasses, dishes, and ashtrays
  • Keep tables clean and wiped
  • Clean spills and obstacles from flooring
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Follow housekeeping and operational policies
  • Request ID from guests who appear under 30
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service compliance
  • Refuse service to overly intoxicated guests courteously
  • Process payments including cash, credit cards, and Travelers checks
  • Process comp and void checks per policy
  • Assist other servers and staff
  • Attend pre-shift meetings with Manager on Duty
