Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- alcohol awareness card required
- great communication and guest service skills required
- previous food and beverage experience is a plus
- ability to carry 10-15 lb tray in one hand
- ability to walk in 1 inch heels
- ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- must adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 21 years of age

- knowledge of brands of beer, wine and liquors offered
- ability to adhere to and enforce alcoholic beverage laws and policies
- attentive to signs of intoxication
Job Duties
- takes drink orders from guests
- ring them in properly and deliver the drinks to the guests
- check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcoholic beverages
- clear beverages and other items promptly according to proper sanitation standards
- complete side duties including stocking service items and coffee
- maintain updated knowledge of beer, wine and liquor brands and prices
- maintain a clean work area
- perform other incidental and related duties as assigned
