We are currently seeking a dedicated Cocktail Server to join our team and provide outstanding service to our patrons. The role of the Cocktail Server is vital in offering beverages and ensuring customer satisfaction in a busy lounge environment. This position requires individuals who are not only efficient in serving but also friendly and attentive to guest needs. The Cocktail Server will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and promptly, maintaining knowledge of drink pricing, craft cocktails, as well as specials and coupons available to patrons. This includes familiarity with comp rules related to player card levels.
The Cocktail Server will also be instrumental in maintaining a tidy and organized work area, ensuring the environment remains safe, neat, and comfortable for both guests and team members. Commitment to excellent customer service, the ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a strong capacity for physical tasks like lifting and standing for long periods are essential attributes for success in this role. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- alcohol awareness card required
- able to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs at chest and stand for long periods of time
- able to work any day of the week including holidays and swing shift
- possess excellent customer relations and communication skills
- must be able to speak and understand English

Job Duties
- Acknowledge guests by making eye contact, sincerely greeting and thanking them
- continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members
- serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly
- applies knowledge of drink pricing and craft cocktails
- applies knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels
- completes all side work requirements
