This upscale hotel is distinguished by its exquisite design and premier services, featuring 360 elegantly appointed guest rooms and approximately 32,000 square feet of flexible banquet space. As a Cocktail Server at the Summit Rooftop Bar, you will become a pivotal part of this outstanding environment, helping to deliver an unforgettable guest experience. This seasonal position opens from May 12th and demands flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with operational hours from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Wednesday through Saturday. The pay rate for this role is competitive at $15.62 per hour, reflecting applicable experience and location factors. In this role, you will engage directly with guests in a stylish, rooftop setting, ensuring their beverage and dining needs are met with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work weekday, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies
- Reliable transportation to workplace
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
